Highly competitive pension scheme

All of our team are entitled to join the Company Pension Scheme with the employee contribution set at 6% from day one - which the company then matches at 12%.

On the spot awards

We understand the importance of being recognised for displaying the EWR values. ‘On The Spot Awards’ recognise great work and behaviours that reflect our values. 

Life-work balance

All of our team have an annual entitlement of 28 days paid holiday (or pro rata if the Employee works part time). Our team also have the option of purchase an additional 2 days of holiday and sell up to 5 days, each year.

Our hybrid working approach is all about finding the right balance. Supporting productivity, collaboration and flexibility by blending the best of in-person and remote work.

Family friendly

We recognise how important it is to have a healthy family life. This is particularly important during such times as pregnancy, when a child is born, adopted, or fostered. We have arrangements in place to allow employees to take time off during these times.
